That's why we've gathered up a bunch of the most common inquiries we receive and laid out the answers in a simple, easy-to-digest format. You know what is best for you, but sometimes we all need a little bit of help.  Our products are labeled with visual product characteristics, this way you  know exactly if a product is what you are looking for. Each product has a  detailed description. If you are not quite sure what you are looking for yet,  we offer a quiz to help you identify your intimate needs. 

Fannie approaches intimacy as a whole; we don’t just focus on the deed  but see intimacy as a multi-faceted experience. Therefore, we have a  diverse collection to satisfy you in all these areas.

We focus on women’s needs and desires primarily, but this doesn’t mean  that we forgot about our men completely ;) That’s why we have a selection  of toys that are labeled ‘couple proof’ so you can enjoy these with your  partner. 

Fannie thinks that the way you look after yourself is just as important as the  way we look after our planet and her people. That’s why we try our best to  find products for our collection that are natural, sustainable, ethically  produced and/or handmade. Some of our items tick all the boxes already  and some not yet. Fun fact: almost all our brands are female-led, which is a  good thing because who can produce female friendly intimacy products  better than women themselves?

We all wish to do payments as smooth as possible, therefor we try to offer  as many payment services as possible.  

We accept: iDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna

After the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code from MyParcel,  you can revisit the tracking page for updates on the delivery of your  package!

If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact our team via info@thefannieshop.nl so we can try to assist you with your alteration.  

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium, however we hope to  expand to other countries soon!

We strive to ship as fast as possible because let’s be real, nobody likes to  wait. Because we are based in Amsterdam, we offer next day delivery within  the Netherlands: when you place your order before 15:00 you can expect  your package the next day. Orders that are shipped to Belgium have a lead  time of 1-2 day(s).

Fannie is based in Amsterdam and opening hours are Monday - Friday  from 10am - 6pm (CEST). We try to respond within 48 hours so hold tight we did not forget about you!
